Priority Campaign Meeting

We will hold our annual Priority Campaign Meeting on Saturday, February 24 at 2:00 PM. It will be held at the Eaton Gallery (411 N Center St, Bloomington, IL 61701).

Anyone is able to attend this meeting, where we will workshop ideas for projects our group will try to complete in 2024.

There are three types of priority campaigns our organization will focus on:

  • Project-based: quick-build DIY projects like benches, flower beds, and signage
  • Legislative-based: advocating for reforms like removing parking minimums and zoning reform
  • Community-based: building new community ties and organizations like seeding neighborhood associations

At the workshop, we will iron out details like the summary of the campaign, possible partners, roadblocks, and budget. You can also submit a priority campaign idea via this online form below:

All priority campaigns submitted at this meeting will be refined and vetted by the Executive Committee for final vote at our annual membership meeting in April.
