In the blistering September weather of Normal, Strong Towns Blono Public Art and Safety Committee held its very first PaintFest! With four vending professional artists and over 20 community artists, Normandy Village got temporarily more colorful.
Over 100 guests attended, the food truck was a fan favorite, and the community bonded over the trials and tribulations of the artistic process.
